The Great Split: Cycles within Cycles (Part 2)

In part 1, we explored Earth’s bifurcation as a threshold; an unmistakable turning point mirrored in the Fire Horse year symbolism of intensity, volatility, change, and momentum that cannot be restrained. What we are experiencing did not arrive suddenly, nor will it resolve quickly. It is part of something much larger.
Long before modern recordkeeping, civilizations tracked cycles in the skies, set them in stories, and warned of turning ages. What appears chaotic often reveals coherence when observed within a larger pattern.
To understand where we are (and where we may be going), we must widen the lens – to look beyond a single year or event. Earth and the cosmos operate in repeating rhythms, cycles nested within cycles, spiraling through time. When multiple cycles peak simultaneously, transformation becomes unavoidable. Astronomical movements, astrological ages, cultural rise & fall of civilizations, mythic patterns, and prophetic timelines all repeat the same truth that history does not move in straight lines.
Part 2 steps into those deeper rhythms of those cycles to understand how they intersect, repeat, and guide periods of profound change like the one we are living through right now.
Cycles within Cycles: The Big Picture
Within the body, trillions of cells move continuously, communicating, dying, regenerating, much like stars traveling through galaxies. Our inhale and exhale create a breath cycle. Just as the breath moves in rhythm, expansion followed by contraction, consciousness also moves in cycles. Time moves in cycles & spirals, it’s not linear. Civilizations across time have observed repeating celestial cycles and drawn meaning onto these rhythms. I first mentioned these cycles in July 2023 Musings.

Astronomical & Astrological Cycles
In May 2023 Musings about Pluto Return, I mentioned some upcoming key alignments.
Saturn will continue dancing with division in the dual flow of Pisces until 2026.
Uranus continues to shake up our attitude towards money and personal possessions until April 2026.
Saturn-Neptune peak in 2026 helping us build a new vision for humanity and petering out mid-2027.
Uranus & Pluto – Technological advances (i.e. nuclear fusion, virtual reality, AI, blockchain technology, quantum computing, etc.) peak between 2026-2029.
Galactic Cycles are when all planets revolve/spiral around the sun. Many cultures mapped meaning onto these rhythms. At the foundation of this understanding are the 3 motions of Earth, which exhibit recurrent patterns, repeating over time, forming cycles each with a specific duration. The first two motions are intrinsically part of our daily life as we experience their effects in tangible ways. However, the third motion is less well-known despite its significance.
Our celestial understanding begins with acknowledging the 3 motions of our planet Earth:
Rotation – Earth spins around its axis every 24 hours, creating the night/day cycle with (2) equal 12 hours.
Revolution - Earth orbits around the Sun every 365 days, forming the solar year which gives rise to:
* 12 months
* 4 seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter)
* Solstices & Equinoxes – Summer & Winter solstices have the longest day/longest night. Spring & Autumn Equinoxes there is an equal balance of day & night. Together, these cardinal points function like the 4 quadrants of a clock face if Earth was an integrated celestial clock.
Precession of its axis – Earth does not spin perfectly upright. Like a wobbling top, its axis slowly traces a circle in the sky due to gravitational forces from the Sun & Moon. This motion is known as the Great Year/Platonic Year, described by Plato as the time it takes for the heavens to return to their original configuration.
* One full precessional cycle/arc takes ~25,920 years (sometimes cited as 26,000 years) or the time required for Earth to slowly wobble through all 12 zodiac constellations.
* The Great Year is divided into 12 equal segments, aligned with the zodiac
constellations (or 12 houses) in which each zodiac sign has 30 degrees, 1 degree
every 72 years (average lifespan).
* 25,920 years ÷ 12 = 2,160 years or one Zodiac Age.
* Each 2,160-year segment is known as a Great Month or Zodiac Age. These ages are
often associated with the rise and fall of civilizations.
Astrologically, we are entering a cosmic shift from the constellation of Pisces (one zodiac age) into Aquarius (for another 2,160 yr cycle). You remember that song in Hair right? The lyrics of this 1967 song Aquarius were based on this astrological belief of entering an age of love, light, peace & unity consciousness.
As you can see, cycles repeat daily, yearly, and multi-millennial. These rhythms are said to have repeated thousands of times, marking major cultural and consciousness shifts. Many traditions describe 7 repeating cycles within larger cosmic patterns.
Calendar of 7 Sages
In Vedic traditions, Earth’s precession is mirrored by the cycles of creation known as the Yugas. I introduced you to these in May 2020, October 2020, December 2021, and December 2022.
The Hindu Yuga system has 4 ages, that rotate like the seasons or like levels of awareness.
Satya Yuga – Golden age; unity consciousness, utopian (no politics, no religion, no $, etc.)
Treta Yuga – Silver age
Dwapara Yuga – Bronze age (Egypt, Mesopotamia & Indus Valley)
Kali Yuga – Iron age; ignorance, greed, violence, division & discord; spiritual amnesia.
The Yuga Cycle is divided into descending arcs and ascending arcs. A complete Yuga cycle is 24,000 years.
12,000 years ascending (increased consciousness)
12,000 years descending (amnesia)
Each Yuga lasts about 3,000 years (2,700 years of expression plus a 300 yr transition). Here is a good image. Transitions are often marked by cataclysmic events after which new civilizations emerge.
A key question arises: Why the discrepancy between the complete Yuga Cycle (24,000 years) and the earth’s precession cycle (25,800-26,000 years)? Well, there’s the Earth’s wobble and also the Vedic idea that earth is subjected to 2 extended periods of purging within the Great Year:
Kataklysmos - the deluge or destruction by water (i.e. Noah’s flood).
Ekpyrosis - the inferno or destruction by fire (i.e. Mt Tambora eruption).
If you add these extended purging transitions (900 + 900 years = 1,800) to the 24,000, you get 25,800 which aligns closely with the scientifically measured precession cycle!

Photon Belt Theory
A photon is the smallest unit of light, the fundamental particle that carries all the energy we see in the form of light. Photons travel at the speed of light – 186,000 miles per second! Photons can also behave like waves, which is why light can bend, diffract, and even interfere with itself.
German scientist Paul Otto Hesse proposed the idea of an immense region of space filled with high-energy photons orbiting the Pleiades star cluster in the 60s. His theory is that our solar system passes through this enormous belt of photons as it rotates in a 26,000 year cycle (roughly 11,000 years of “dark” & 11,000 years of “light”.)
According to Grandmother Barbara Hand Clow, we are moving into a zone in space that is a new photon energy band. The last time we were in it was ~11,000 years ago during Atlantis when we lost consciousness and got spiritual amnesia. This entrance is said to bring new frequencies, time accelerates in this higher belt, time is collapsing, and consciousness is expanding.
Yes, we are affected by photons as they carry an electromagnetic force. However, the photon belt concept continues to be a topic of interest in spiritual circles for its symbolic framework, but there is no scientific evidence at this time to support its existence.
Global indigenous prophecies said we will see signs in the sky (i.e. 3i/ATLAS, UFOs) and instability of Earth such as big weather events (Lahaina fires, CA fires & floods, TX flash flood, NC hurricane Helene, Hunga Tonga volcano, etc.). With the sun magnified through the photon belt expect increased solar & seismic activity (i.e. solar flashes).
Many believe that these cosmic rhythms are aligning as we enter this new photon belt. This passage through is a catalyst and is said to trigger transformative effects as we’re bathed in intense light. Whether it’s a cosmic fairy tale or a genuine potentiality, it invites us to look up at the stars and wonder what mysteries are possible. The spiral never repeats – it deepens.
2012 was considered the end of the Mayan Calendar, widely interpreted as a transition rather than an apocalypse. Vedic mysticism marked 2025 as the end of the Kali yuga and we are now in the purging phase (Ekpyrosis) lasting 1,200 years. 2025-2040 is seen as an initial collapse and restructuring period, followed by an ascending cycle of consciousness.
Cultural Timelines
The Mayan Calendar tracked cycles of creation & renewal, not the end of the world. Incan/Andean cosmology and the Hindu Yuga system arise on opposite sides of the world, yet they describe the same underlying reality. Andean cosmology describes it through Earth-based expressions of resets & energetic shifts such as the “world reversal” Pachakuti cycle. The Inca did not fear Pachakuti, they expected it. Hindu cosmology maps a macrocosmic time. The Yugas describe a repeating descent and ascent of Consciousness, phases of density.
Mythic & Prophetic Cycles
Ancient prophets believed some can “see” the future. They talked about the evolution of human consciousness through the ages. These varying cycles don’t “prove” each other, they resonate.
Anishinaabe/Ojibwa 7th Prophecy or 7th Fire/7 eras of humanity. It’s oral tradition states: “The Seventh Fire will light the Eighth and final Fire, an eternal Fire of peace, love, brotherhood and sisterhood.”
Madam Blavatsky predicted the 7 root races.
Nostradamus predicted the 2026 era is when the old powers collapse and all secrets are revealed.
Edgar Cayce predictions for 2026 was the acceleration of human awareness and earth changes including significant global catastrophes, economic collapse, and a magnetic pole shift that is already accelerating toward Siberia. The pole shift is not catastrophic but an energy transfer when North flips to South; the earth inversion is restored.
Gnostic prophecies said we were asleep by design; we were trapped under false control by the Fallen Angels/Alien overlords.

Connecting these Cycles
We are at the convergence of multiple cycles; a point where many of Earth’s timelines appear to overlap and synchronize. Between 2020–2030, this convergence is often described as a period of global awakening: intuition re-emerging, old programming dissolving, and time experienced as layered rather than linear.
Across astronomy, mythology, and spiritual cosmology, a consistent idea emerges – civilizations rise and fall in rhythm with celestial cycles. Galactic cycles provide a frame of long epochs (macrocosm), while traditions like the Mayan calendar, Vedic Yugas, prophetic texts, and Indigenous teachings (microcosm) each describe change and rebalancing. Though these cultures did not historically agree on a specific worldwide shift between 2025–2030. All in all, the bigger picture is powerful to many in that, when woven together, it is a story of transition.
Within this view, 2026 is seen as a threshold year - that ignition point. Earth is understood as a living archive undergoing recalibration. These shifts will continue from 2026-2032 with the reintroduction of interstellar knowledge, secret transmission & lost lineages returning home. Expect nothing but remain open.
There is always disruption before illumination. Social systems fracture, increasing anxiety & chaos; the light reveals what darkness conceals; and the truth will be destabilizing before transformation. We are at the point of participation not prophecy. It’s time to co-create the future. Will you consciously participate?
Choice & Resonance
We are in a transition window often described as the closing of a dark age and the opening of a golden age. This is not about choosing sides, but about choosing coherence. What future you have is shaped by CHOICE. Will you choose coherence or collapse? Faith or fear? Dominance or spiritual remembrance? Conscious participation or unconscious survival? Adapt or dissolve? Annihilation or ascension?
One path clings to control & external authority, often using fear to maintain it. Yet the systems built on this model are fracturing. Apocalypse here means MASS revelation - not destruction - but the unveiling of what has been hidden. Sovereignty returns as inner authority. By shifting coherence & vibration, we step out of collapse and into co-creation, laying the groundwork for co-creating “Heaven on Earth.”
This shift asks us to turn away from external noise and superficial values and re-attune to nature, stillness, gratitude, and integrity. Through meditation and quiet presence, we align with our highest frequency and reconnect with Source. From that state, our emotional resonance becomes the signal we transmit, and we can experience multidimensional awareness we are ready to receive. In that space, we can send that love-light impulse from our heart straight to the stars.
As a result, different realities may emerge simultaneously. Some will awaken gently, some will resist, and some may sleep through the transition. Earth continues its cycles regardless. To me, this echoes the choice between two paths carved into Prophecy Rock 1,000 years ago. You too have a choice. What frequency will you feed? Which path will you walk?
It’s more important than ever to stay centered, grounded, and regulated with a stable nervous system as the lies & deception continue to ramp up. Do not trust the “talking heads” (unless it’s the musical group!) Go within. Your intuition - your internal guidance system - will never steer you wrong. Do not give your power to ANY external authority. Don’t surrender your sovereignty. Rise up like the phoenix.
Now the end is in sight. 2020 was the trigger point and 2026 is the ignition point! Thank you 2025 for the growth…2026 we are ready. The 2028-2030 graduation is almost here!
I will remind you once again as I did in January 2024 & January 2025: “Please keep your seat belt securely fastened at all times. Buckle up for the next couple of years. We are being bombarded with so much information – often conflicting - that it makes my head hurt/hertz. Not just in this reality, but in the astral plane as well. We are also going through some intense astrological transits that will test even the most resilient.”
Here’s my mantra again: Don’t take sides (neutrality). Don’t take the bait (triggers). It’s all bullshit! Stay calm & centered within the chaos (high vibe). And yes, grab your popcorn & watch the greatest show on earth with non-attachment. The illusion is loud when it’s dissolving.
