Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditation cultivates attention skills. This reorganization in the brain can help lead to a more tranquil way of being. The ultimate purpose of meditation is to connect to our Source, divine Consciousness.
There are a LOT of different ways of doing meditation and many mindfulness techniques. For example:
-
Progressive Muscle Relaxation
-
Breath Focused
-
Meta Loving Kindness
-
Mantra
-
Transcendental Meditation
-
Taoist
-
Self-Inquiry
-
Binaural Beats
-
Guided Meditation
-
Guided Visualization
-
Shamanic Journeying
-
Yoga Nidra
You are looking for the one that is most useful for YOU. I have grouped my meditations into 3 categories:
Guided Visualization, Working with Spiritual Light and Shamanic Journeying. There are 5-15 different meditations in each category for you to listen to. Just click on the meditation you'd like to listen to. If you wish to purchase any, there is a box to the right of it to download.
We know meditation can reduce stress, increase calmness and promote happiness. However, it can be tough to meditate without a teacher or guide. The "monkey mind" has a tendency to wander left on its own, so a guided meditation allows us to focus our attention and find a peaceful state of being.
Spiritual Light
Working with golden white light is central to almost every spiritual practice. The gold frequency is the purest energy there is coming from the highest Source. This energetic vibration is highly effective in transforming the healing potential within or assisting those suffering from serious illness. This process is also called transfiguration.
The shamanic journey is one of the oldest practices on earth for shifting consciousness. The drum or rattle is frequently used to put you in the right state to journey. Journeying, like meditation, is a tool for spiritual growth, healing, obtaining information, and working through psychological issues. The journey is achieved by intention.
