InnerSpaces by Karen was created from a simple understanding:  When our inner world and out environment support one another, we feel calmer, clearer, and more capable of navigating life's changes.

While these may seem like separate disciplines, they share one common thread - helping people create space.  Space in the body.  Space in the breath.  Space in the home.  Space in the heart.  Space for what matters most.

 

I work gently, respectfully, and intuitively.  Some clients come to me for back pain.  Others for clutter.  Others during major life transition.  Often, we discover the work is interconnected.  There is no pressure.  No rigid formulas.  Each session is personalized and grounded in compassion, practical tools, and experience. ​

My Approach

Karen has been studying and practicing ancient technologies in addition to expanding her knowledge into a multitude of metaphysical systems, subtle energy research and esoteric tools.  Karen's curiosity about spirituality, energy & healing led her to blend together multiple alchemical modalities including Yoga Therapy, YogaEd, mindfulness & meditation, Shamanic & holistic healing, Reiki, professional organizing, and End of Life (EOL) death doula.  InnerSpaces by Karen LLC will tailor sessions to your specific needs.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that how we live—and how we prepare to die—deserves intentional care. Through organizing, she helps clients simplify their homes & lives; through yoga & energy work, she facilitates grounding, healing & connection; and through compassionate end-of-life planning, she empowers individuals and families to navigate mortality with grace & dignity.

Central to her healing practice is Marconics, a multidimensional energy modality that accelerates spiritual evolution by helping clients release karmic density, disconnecting from limiting grids & anchor higher frequencies.

 

Marconic Energy Healing raises your vibrational frequency by connecting and attuning you to a higher consciousness by running encoded light and information through the body’s axial tonal grid.  It is a wave of higher dimensional broad band healing frequencies that impacts you on the physical, mental and emotional levels.  It is often a life-changing experience.
