This musing – part 1 of 2 - explores collective change, uncertainty, and choice.  If you notice emotional activation while reading - pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body or surroundings.  Clarity arises most easily from a regulated nervous system.   The hardest part of waking up isn’t seeing the truth — it’s seeing how many will fight to defend the illusion.   This sentence from last month’s musing stayed with me because it captures the essence of where we now stand.
